Brief description: The overall objective of this assignment is to provide long-term support and strategic consultancy to IREDA to ensure an efficient and successful implementation of the REFF II program. This includes but is not limited to training measures, strengthening the institutional framework as well as IREDA’s understanding of the renewable energy sector, establishing a sound pipeline of potential renewable energy projects, specific economic and technical questions as well as the support of tender processes and quality control of project specific environmental and social impact assessments.
