On 26 May 2020, the Indo-German Chamber of Commerce (IGCC) organised an energy briefing for the participating German companies from the solar and bioenergy industry as part of the virtual business delegation visit “Renewable Energy Solutions - Solar and Bioenergy”. German participants presented their products and services while experts from both India and Germany held presentations, explained market developments, current scenarios and future developments. They particularly emphasised that India has great potential for solar and wind energy. IGEF-SO shared insights on the energy market and price developments for various energy resources in India. After the presentations, one-on-one meetings between German and Indian companies were organised by IGCC in order to enable the companies to deepen their exchange and business relations.
